1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Obligations and Prohibited Activities

3.1 Player Conduct

Players must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when using our services. Abusive, offensive, or threatening behavior directed at our staff or other players will not be tolerated. • Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage

3.3 Account Verification and KYC

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We may charge a monthly inactivity fee of ₱200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before any inactivity fees are applied.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet outages, or technical failures of third-party service providers.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. 10.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both you and 868k8 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

10.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation or our complaints procedure, you agree to participate in binding arbitration administered by PAGCOR or an arbitrator appointed in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws, rather than proceeding to court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall be held in the Philippines.
